These terms govern your use of drenhance.com and the services provided by Dr. Enhance Wellness, Ranchi. By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Clinic", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Dr. Enhance Wellness, located at Unit 204, 207, 208, 209, Second Floor, The Ikon, Tagore Hill Road, Tetartoli, Morabadi, Ranchi, Jharkhand – 834008. "You" and "your" refer to the person browsing this website or receiving services from us. "Services" means consultations, treatments, procedures, and products offered by the Clinic.

2. Website Use

• You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, scrape content in bulk, or introduce malicious code.
• All content — text, imagery, branding, layout, and treatment descriptions — is owned by or licensed to the Clinic and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information on this website is provided for general awareness and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a personal consultation, examination, or diagnosis by a qualified clinician. No doctor–patient relationship is created by browsing this site or submitting an enquiry.

All treatments carry some degree of risk, and outcomes vary between individuals depending on age, skin and hair type, medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Before-and-after images, testimonials, and case examples represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee, promise, or warranty of any particular result for you.

4. Consultations & Consent

• Every procedure begins with a consultation and a written informed-consent process explaining the technique, expected outcome, risks, downtime, and alternatives.
• You must disclose your full medical history, allergies, current medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and any prior procedures. Withholding such information may compromise your safety and outcome.
• Our clinicians may decline or postpone a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe for you. Your safety takes precedence over any booking.
• Treatments requiring multiple sessions must be completed as prescribed; results may be incomplete if the protocol is not followed.

5. Pricing

• Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and are subject to change without notice.
• Final pricing is confirmed at your consultation, based on the area treated, the technique required, session count, and product quantity.
• Hair transplant procedures are priced per graft. The amount paid online confirms your consultation and booking; the total procedure cost is determined at the consult based on the number of grafts required.
• Services marked "Price on Application" require an in-person assessment before a quotation can be given.
• Unless expressly stated, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, prescribed medication, and take-home products.

6. Booking & Payment

• An appointment is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and you have received a confirmation from us.
• Online payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Amounts paid online are typically a booking or consultation fee and are adjusted against your final treatment cost where applicable.
• If a payment is debited but no confirmation is received, contact us with your transaction reference; failed or duplicate transactions are reversed by the gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

• Rescheduling — appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellation by you — cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a refund of the booking amount, less any payment-gateway charges. Cancellations within 48 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by us — if we cancel or cannot proceed for clinical or operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Completed services — treatments already performed, consultation fees once the consultation has taken place, opened products, and customised or personalised protocols are non-refundable.
• Packages — multi-session packages are non-transferable and expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Partially used packages may be refunded pro-rata at the single-session rate, less an administrative charge.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds are not offered on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with results where the treatment was delivered correctly, as outcomes vary between individuals.

8. Aftercare & Your Responsibilities

Your results depend significantly on following the aftercare instructions provided. You agree to follow all post-treatment guidance, attend scheduled review appointments, report any adverse reaction promptly, and avoid activities or products our clinicians advise against. The Clinic is not responsible for complications or suboptimal results arising from non-adherence to aftercare, undisclosed medical conditions, or treatment received elsewhere.

9. Punctuality

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving significantly late may require your session to be shortened or rescheduled, as later appointments cannot be delayed. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee being required for future appointments.

10. Conduct at the Clinic

We ask all guests to treat our staff and other patients with courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, or whose behaviour compromises the safety, privacy, or comfort of others. Photography or recording of other patients or staff within the clinic is not permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Clinic's total liability arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity, or anticipated results. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Third-Party Content

This website includes embedded content and links from third parties, including mapping, media, and payment services. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you book applies to that booking. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services provided by the Clinic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
